Upcoming shows

Holy guacamole! I have three shows scheduled for August so far and I don't see any point in slowing things down. I'm particularly delighted to be a part of these shows and I hope you will join us for lots of romantic, naked, nerdy good times.

First up: Friday, August 2nd @ Fais Do Do--5253 West Adams Blvd. Tickets are $12. Doors @ 9pm. I did pick up for the prequel (?) last year and it was a fantastically fun show. I am pleased to be performing a routine this year along with many I admire.

"Join us for an intergalactic burlesque show like no other you've ever seen in the follow-up to last year's HIT world's first parody of Doctor Who, that current Doctor Who actor Matt Smith has called "Amazing!" See sexy burlesque interpretation of some of your favorite characters as they shed their inhibitions as well as most of their clothes on stage!

This year includes several all new acts including some that have to be seen to believe! Let's just say one of our performers will be getting 98% (N)ood!

Even if you aren't familiar with the show we are parodying, you can't go wrong with sexy aliens from outer space and the show is presented in a way that people unfamiliar with the show won't get lost (as well as special nods to the super-fans)! "--Peepshow Menagerie

Up next is the Naked Show (& Tell): The date will be confirmed soon but this show typically takes place on a Sunday evening around 7pm. The show will be at Moving Arts, located at 1822 Hyperion Avenue. You all know how much I loved Naked Girls Reading-LA and I mourned the death of that show in it's former incarnation. I was nervous about the Naked Show and Tell because I felt like it had extraordinarily large shoes to fill. However, Naked Show and Tell is my new favorite thing. The panel style discussions with audience participation, coupled with a few burlesque performances were a real treat. This is a fun show and the audience seemed pleased with the debut so, I look forward to watching this show grow and evolve. It's my understanding that the August show will focus on Doctor Who. :-)

Finally, there is the most anticipated event of the summer! Red Snapper & Mr Snapper's Re-Wedding! My sparkly heart just wants to burst when I think about how much these two mean to me and how wonderful it feels to be included in their (mostly) naked re-wedding. Red Snapper & Mr Snapper inspire me as a performer, a romantic and as a human being. I just love the Snapper family and hope that I can help bring their perfect re-wedding vision to life.
